Bring a towel and  blanket to the Ballroom

We practise postures gently, listening to the body, but deeply opening andreleasing tensions held within. Our body becomes more supple, stronger and we are more able to cope with the stresses of modern day living.

We also practise breathing techniques and relaxation to bring stillness to the mind, a feeling of harmony through our whole being.
